Shipping policy

Order Processing Times

Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped after it has been placed. An order is considered shipped once it has been handed over to our shipping provider and is on its way to your chosen address. During peak periods and holidays, our processing times may be up to 7 business days.

Estimated Delivery Times

As we strive to avoid unnecessary CO₂ emissions during transport, we limit the distance our orders travel by shipping them directly from the place of manufacture to you.

By avoiding additional fulfillment centers, delivery may take slightly longer for your order to arrive, but every avoided air mile saves the atmosphere approximately 24 kg of CO₂.

The estimated delivery time for your package refers to the total transit time after your order has been dispatched to the carrier. This depends on many factors, with your location being the most important. Please see the estimated delivery times according to your country of residence:

United States: 6–9 days

Canada & Australia: 7–12 days

Please note that during peak periods and holidays, shipping providers may experience delays in transit times and tracking updates that are beyond our control. International shipments may experience unexpected customs delays. This could extend the total delivery time beyond the estimates stated above.

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping details are correct and complete at the time of checkout. Incomplete or inaccurate shipping details may result in delayed processing or cancellation of the order.

For address issues detected by the system, our customer support team will send an email within 3 business days after your order has been placed to verify your shipping details. If we do not receive a response within this time, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

Note: After the delivery address has been provided correctly, but a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the package will be delivered to the nearest parcel branch. Please note that direct delivery to a post office branch is not possible, as different shipping partners are selected depending on the location.

USPS, DHL, DPD

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order at info@try-monad.com. We will do our best to make changes, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make changes after this time.

Delayed Delivery

At Monad, we understand that receiving your order on time is important to you, and we strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Please note, however, that in some cases delivery delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

For example, courier partners may experience unexpected delays or issues during transport, such as severe weather conditions or transport disruptions. In such cases, we will do our best to work with the courier so that your package is delivered as soon as possible.

In addition, unforeseen circumstances may delay the processing or shipment of your order, such as product availability issues, address verification problems, or payment processing delays. We will inform you as soon as possible if we encounter any issues with your order that could cause a delay.

Please note that Monad is not liable for delivery delays caused by external factors beyond our control, and we cannot guarantee the exact delivery date. However, we will always do our best to keep you informed about the status of your order and help you resolve any issues.

Item Not Received

If you have successfully placed an order and have not yet received it, even though the tracking status shows it as delivered, you should contact the shipping provider to locate your package. Once the item is in the possession of the shipping provider, we no longer have control over it.

Sometimes, due to technical issues, tracking information may not be available and the app may not show any updates. In such cases, if you still cannot locate your item, please contact us at info@try-monad.com. We will help you resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
